Confirmation of Cancellation: You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately to ensure your request has been processed.

2. Refund Policy:

Full Refunds: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refunds: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service, or failure to attend (no-shows), will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Special Circumstances:

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, etc.), we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services without liability. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.
Medical Emergencies: Cancellations due to medical emergencies may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to providing appropriate documentation.
